Shipping & Returns
Every Golposutra piece is packed with love in Kolkata and sent on its way to you. Here's everything you need to know about how your order travels, and what to do if something isn't quite right.
Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,500. Below that, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
- Orders are dispatched from our Kolkata studio within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery across India typically takes 5–8 business days from dispatch.
- Tracking details are emailed and texted once your order ships, and can be followed on the Track Order page.
Returns & exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact and in original packaging.
- Size exchanges are subject to stock; if your size is sold out we process a return instead.
- Limited-edition and made-to-order drops may be marked final sale — always noted on the product page.
Refunds, damaged and wrong items
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return being inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
- Damaged, defective or wrong items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a free replacement or full refund, shipping included.
