Who we are

Golposutra is a printed clothing brand operating from 12A, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata — 700071, West Bengal, India, and selling through golposutra.com. Contact: hello@golposutra.com.

Products, prints and availability

• Our prints are hand-drawn and screen-printed, so small variations between pieces are normal and are not defects.
• Colours can look different between screens; product photography is as close as we can get it.
• Stock is shown per size and can sell out while an item sits in your cart.
• Limited-edition drops are produced once and may be marked final sale, which is always stated on the product page.

Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees. The total confirmed at checkout — item prices plus any shipping fee — is the amount payable.
• Shipping is free above ₹1,500 and a flat ₹99 below it.
• Payment is taken online through Razorpay before an order is confirmed. An order reaches "paid" only after Razorpay confirms the payment to us.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or a payment fails or looks fraudulent — and we refund anything already charged.
• We may cancel an order after payment in exceptional cases; where we do, the reason is recorded and shown to you on the order page, and reserved stock is released.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Shipping & Returns policy forms part of these terms: dispatch in 2–4 business days, delivery across India in 5–8 business days, and returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags intact. We currently ship within India only.

Artwork and intellectual property

• All illustrations, designs, photographs, copy and the Golposutra name and logo are owned by us or licensed to us.
• You may not reproduce, print, resell or use our artwork commercially without written permission. Buying a garment does not transfer any rights in the artwork.
• If you tag us in a photo, you allow us to reshare it on our own channels with credit. Tell us and we will take it down.

Liability and governing law

• The store is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
